Our BBQ is second to none. We slow, slow smoke it in a real pit over water for extra tenderness. Meats include chicken halves, spare ribs, pork chops, sausage, sliced beef, pulled pork, and hot links. We use our very own dry rub and then smoke it slowly. In the purest BBQ tradition, we never add sauce. We'll leave that up to you and your taste. We serve our BBQ on sandwiches or as plate lunches.

Want the best sandwich meat? We've got it. We'll slice it for you and sell it by the pound. Or, we'll make your sandwich for you...just like you want it. We carry smoked ham, roast beef, smoked turkey breast, Cajun turkey breast, chopped ham, pressed ham, PnP loaf, and hot and mild souse. Cheeses include American, pepper jack, Swiss, cheddar, and old fashioned hoop.

We make great sandwiches! Choose any of deli meats or BBQ and let us make you the freshest, best sandwich available. Prefer a plate lech? We've got BBQ plates that will knock your socks off...ribs, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, hot links, pork chops, and chipped beef.


Nobody makes a better burger. We have our regular 1/4 pound burgers available every day. Get a single, double, or even a triple. We make 'em just the way you want. And, on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, we have our famous smoked burgers...a full 1/2 pound burger smoked on our pit. All our burgers are made from our on certified Hereford chuck that's ground fresh daily.
